When an aircraft station receives the call ALL STATIONS STEPHENVILLE RADAR, DISTRESS TRAFFIC ENDED it is requested:
Discontinue communication with Stephenville RADAR.
To impose silence to other stations in its vicinity.
Acknowledge receipt of this message.
To resume normal communication with Stephenville RADAR.
