A flight may be conducted under VFR only if:
VMC exists along the route to be flown under VFR.
an IFR flight plan has previously been filed and the flight conditions are VMC.
a VFR flight plan has been filed and a VFR clearance was received.
the maximum take-off mass does not exceed 5700 Kg.
