The Standards of Airworthiness, detailed in Annex 8 part III are applicable to:
aeroplanes of over 5,700kg maximum certified take-off mass, intended for the carriage of passengers, cargo or mail in international air navigation
aeroplanes of over 5,700kg maximum certified take-off mass, intended for the carriage of passengers only
aeroplanes of over 5,700kg maximum certified take-off mass, intended for the carriage of cargo or mail in international air navigation
aeroplanes of over 25,700kg maximum certified take-off mass, intended for the carriage of passengers, cargo or mail in international air navigation
